For those who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or far from themselves, and want life to feel more alive, meaningful, and their own.

From: June 7-July 19
Limited to 6 participants
Skipping July 5 for the holiday weekend

Microdosing can soften the constant pressure to perform, over-function, stay busy, or hold everything alone. It can create a little more space to feel, notice, listen, and be with what is already here. It can also gently help us access some of the protective parts of ourselves with more curiosity, compassion, and openness. This group is centered around building a more intentional relationship with yourself. Together, we may explore nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, self-trust, protective parts, grief, creativity, intuition, ritual, meaning, and the deeper patterns or longings that begin to emerge in this process.

Who This Is For

This group may be a good fit if you are:

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, your joy, or your sense of meaning

  • Emotionally overwhelmed, shut down, frozen, or stuck

  • Tired of survival mode, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or carrying everything alone

  • Wanting to feel more alive, purposeful, creative, or connected

  • Curious about microdosing but wanting guidance, support, and structure

  • Looking for a space that welcomes deeper emotional process

You do not need to have prior experience with microdosing to join.

Group Structure

Limited to 6 participants so there is space for depth, process, and meaningful connection.

Each participant will complete one individual intake session before the group begins. Intake sessions will be scheduled individually based on availability.

During the intake process, we can discuss your history, previous experience, intentions, possible dosing approaches, pacing, and what may feel most supportive for you.

The group will meet weekly for 90 minutes over the course of six weeks. We will skip July 5 for the holiday weekend.

Investment

  • Invididual intake session: $150

  • Weekly group sessions: $70 per session

Participants are asked to commit to the full six weeks regardless of attendance.

Ready to Reconnect?

You do not have to navigate this process alone.

Sometimes having a place to be witnessed, supported, and gently guided can make it easier to stay connected to yourself and to what is unfolding beneath the surface.

This group is designed to help you connect more fully to your life.

Join us for a thoughtful and open conversation exploring the intersection of microdosing practices and psychotherapy. Led by Psychedelic Therapist Mikenna Kossow, this free community class will dive into how psychedelic practices can be integrated with therapeutic support to foster meaningful personal growth and change.

Together we’ll explore themes of curiosity, discernment, and intentionality, while discussing the importance of integration, relational support, and safe frameworks when working with psychedelic tools. This session is designed to be educational, grounded, and experiential, offering participants a space to learn, reflect, and engage in thoughtful dialogue.

Whether you’re new to the concept of microdosing or interested in the therapeutic frameworks surrounding psychedelic-assisted work, this class provides an accessible introduction and an opportunity to connect with others in the community.

Come with questions, curiosity, and an open mind. All are welcome.
