FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

I offer individual therapy for adults, group therapy, and retreat or intensive-style spaces for those wanting to engage more deeply in their healing process.

I also support work around psychedelics, including preparation, integration, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. These experiences can open access to emotional, psychological, and at times more symbolic or soul-level material. My role is to help you stay grounded in the body and supported in making meaning of what emerges, so that insight can become something embodied and integrated into your life.

How frequently do I need therapy?

2

I recommend, most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and depth. From there, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, and what feels supportive for your process.

Do you take insurance?

3

At this time, I do not take insurance so that I can offer care that is sustainable, attentive, and truly centered on the person in front of me, while also practicing in a way that honors both the psychological and deeper, more human layers of healing.

Insurance models often require diagnosis, structured treatment plans, and a pace of care that doesn’t always allow for the kind of depth, presence, and unfolding that this work can ask for. Much of what people carry -- grief, relational wounds, identity shifts, or a sense of disconnection from themselves -- doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnostic category.

My work is not only about symptom reduction, but about reconnection; sometimes to the body, sometimes to lost or hidden parts of the self, and sometimes to something that feels more like soul.

This allows me to stay aligned with this approach, and to offer care that is more spacious, present, relational, and responsive to each person’s path.

I do provide a superbill if you would like to submit for reimbursement?

What is a superbill?

4

A superbill is a receipt for therapy services that includes the information your insurance company may need if you want to seek reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan.

How do you work as a therapist?

5

My approach is relational, somatic, and depth-oriented. I draw from body-based practices, mindfulness, parts work, Gestalt therapy, and trauma-informed care, while also honoring the deeper, often unnamed layers of the psyche.

Alongside traditional therapeutic approaches, I hold space for the soul-level aspects of healing. This may include working with imagery, symbolism, dreams, inner parts, and the felt sense of something deeper moving through your experience. At times, this can overlap with transpersonal or shamanic perspectives, where healing is not only about symptom relief, but about remembering, reclaiming, and reconnecting with parts of the self that have been lost, hidden, or fragmented.

This work is always guided by your language, your beliefs, and your readiness. Nothing is imposed. For some, this simply looks like slowing down and listening to the body. For others, it may open into deeper exploration of meaning, spirit, or soul.

Sessions are collaborative and paced gently. Some may focus on present-day challenges, while others may move into deeper emotional, somatic, or symbolic exploration--following what feels most alive and needed.
