Join us for a thoughtful and open conversation exploring the intersection of microdosing practices and psychotherapy. This free community class will dive into how psychedelic practices can be integrated with therapeutic support to foster meaningful personal growth and change.
Together we’ll explore themes of curiosity, discernment, and intentionality, while discussing the importance of integration, relational support, and safe frameworks when working with psychedelic tools. This session is designed to be educational, grounded, and experiential, offering participants a space to learn, reflect, and engage in thoughtful dialogue.
Whether you’re new to the concept of microdosing or interested in the therapeutic frameworks surrounding psychedelic-assisted work, this class provides an accessible introduction and an opportunity to connect with others in the community.
